1. Payment Related…

How do I make payment for my purchase?
We accept payment via bank transfer or Paypal.


What if I don’t have a Paypal account?
Don’t have to worry, just select “Don’t have a Paypal account?” at the order summary page and you can sign in as a Paypal guest and pay with your debit/credit card.


I can’t seem to place my order online. Is there any other way to place my order?

Should you encounter any difficulty ordering online, you may send an email to service@budgetdiapers.com or text us at +65 9623 9597 and friendly sales colleague will help you out.


Can I make payment via bank transfer?

Yes you can.  As indicated in payment options, our corporate bank account is as follow:

Kindly note to proceed with the bank transfer and forward a copy of the transfer details to service@budgetdiapers.com right after completing the order.


What happen if there is no stock after I paid?

If we come back to inform you that there is no stock after you have paid, we will process the refund right away via the same channel that you have made the payment.

 

2. Delivery Related…

Announcement: We are closed during Chinese New Year period 06-14 February 2016.  “Gong Xi Fa Cai, Happy Chinese New Year!!” 

When can I receive my items after I have ordered them?
Once your order has been confirmed, your item will be delivered between 3-5 working days.  We charge S$30 per delivery service and FREE if you purchase S$150 and above.  Our office will contact you to make arrangement on the delivery date.

Please be reminded that our delivery schedules are on en-route basis, kindly assist to ensure someone is there to receive the goods when our delivery colleague is at destinated location.


Can I arrange for urgent delivery?

Yes, as a service to our customers, you may arrange for urgent delivery at additional S$20 (next working day, subject to schedules).  Do text us at +65 9623 9597 to inform us of the situation and we’ll work something out for you.


Can I arrange for self-collection?

Yes, we may arrange for self-collection from our warehouse.  Send us an email to service@budgetdiapers.com or text us at +65 9623 9597 to arrange an appointment to pick up your items from our warehouse at Blk 3007 Ubi Road 1 #02-414 Singapore 408701.


How do I change my delivery address/contact details after my order has been placed?

Please do drop us an email to service@budgetdiapers.com or text us at +65 9623 9597 as soon as you can, or at least one working day before delivery date, to inform us of the changes you would like to make.  So long as the item has yet to leave the store or warehouse, we would assist accordingly.


I live outside Singapore, is it possible to arrange for delivery to my country?

We do ship outside of Singapore using SingPost, just drop us an email to service@budgetdiapers.com or text us at +65 9623 9597 to let us know where you would like your items to be delivered.  We will inform you of the shipping charges accordingly.


What are the shipping and delivery terms?

We offer home delivery on Monday to Saturday (except public holidays), from 9am to 5pm, on en-route basis.  Kindly ensure someone is there to acknowledge the goods.  Our office or delivery colleague will contact you to fix a delivery date.


What are the shipping and delivery charges?

– Order over S$150, Free Delivery (3-5 working days).
– Order less than S$150, delivery fee is S$30 (3-5 working days).
– Add S$20 for urgent delivery (the next working day, subject to schedules).
– Delivery outside Singapore island can be arranged by just dropping us an email to service@budgetdiapers.com or text us at +65 9623 9597 to let us know where you would like your items to be delivered. We will inform you of the shipping charges accordingly.

 

3. Product Related…

Is there somewhere I can go to view the product before purchasing?
Yes, feel free to drop us an email to service@budgetdiapers.com or text us at +65-9623 9597 to arrange an appointment to view the product at our shared-office or warehouse.  We need to seek your understanding that our shared-office offers very limited space, we therefore would have to make necessary arrangements as most of the products are directly from our’s or our suppliers’ warehouses.


Is there any physical outlet that I can purchase directly from?

Our sincere apologies, we no longer operate physical retail outlet due to cost and manpower concerns.  You may make arrangement by contacting us at service@budgetdiapers.com or text us at +65 9623 9597 to arrange an appointment.

 

4. Other Matters…

What happen if there is no stock after I paid?
If we come back to inform you that there is no stock after you have paid, we will process the refund right away via the same channel that you have made the payment.


Customers may be liable for extra charges if,

– Additional trip is charged if customer is not in to receive the delivery at the mutually agreed date.
– The wrong delivery address was provided.
– A trip is made for the collection of the returned goods due to an order cancellation.


Order Processing and Delivery

– Please allow for 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered.
– Orders received before 2pm on Mon – Fri (except Public Holidays), will be delivered within next 3-5 working days.
– Orders received after 2pm, will be processed as next working day’s order.


In case where there is high demand or unexpected or special circumstances, products may sometimes be out of stock.

All local deliveries are restricted to Mainland Singapore.
